in this site is provided by Hormel Foods solely for the purpose of providing
you with information about STAGG® Chili. This material may include unintentional
errors or inaccuracies and may be updated and/or corrected at any time.
2. Use. Except as otherwise expressly provided on this site, you may download
one copy of the material for your own personal, noncommercial use on your own
personal home computer. You may not copy or make any changes to downloaded materials.
Downloaded materials remain the property of Hormel Foods. Except as provided
above, you may not copy, distribute, or publish materials from this site without
Hormel Foods' prior written consent. You may not distribute a copy or copies
of any materials downloaded from this site to any third party by any means without
the prior written consent of Hormel Foods Corporation.
3. Communications. Hormel Foods welcomes your remarks, suggestions and
ideas ("Communications"). All Communications made to Hormel Foods through
this site shall become Hormel Foods' property and may be used by Hormel Foods
for any purpose at any time, including Hormel Foods' commercial gain. You will
not be compensated for Hormel Foods' use of any Communications. Hormel Foods

to be used in this site, whether registered or unregistered, are owned or licensed
by Hormel Foods or its affiliates: STAGG; SILVERADO.
8. Disputes. If you have concerns about our site, we encourage you to
contact us. You agree to bring any claims against Hormel Foods exclusively in
the state or federal courts of Minnesota. Our agreement is governed by and shall
be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota without giving
effect to any conflict of laws principles. If any of the term(s) in these Terms
of Use are unlawful or unenforceable, such term(s) shall be deemed severable
and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining terms.
9. Modifications to Terms of Use. Hormel Foods reserves the right to change
these Terms of Use at any time. Updated versions of the Terms of Use will appear
in this site and are effective immediately. Continued use of this site after
any such changes constitutes your consent to such changes.
